Cancellation Policy

The Terms of Use stated herein (collectively, the “Terms of Use” or this “Agreement”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Jombnb (the “Company”). In order to use the Service you must agree to the Terms of Use that are set out below. By using the website application supplied to you by the Company (the “Application”), which overall purpose is to enable persons seeking accommodation services to certain destinations to be matched with third party accommodation providers, and operators (collectively, the “Service”), you hereby expressly acknowledge and agree to be bound by the Terms of Use, and any future amendments and additions to the Terms of Use as published from time to time at http://www.jombnb.com.


The company is a technology company that does not provide accommodation services and is not an accommodation provider. It is solely up to the third party accommodation providers to offer accommodation to you and it is up to you to accept such services.


Cancellation Policy:
1. For non-same day booking, full refund will be given if cancellation is made within 48 hours from the time of booking, failing which a service charge of 50% over the first night rate will be incurred to the guest.

2. The platform still takes the commission for the amount that the host has gained through the cancellation policy.

3. For users who book on the same day, they will have 4 hours from the time of booking to cancel, failing which a service charge of 50% over the first night rate will be incurred to the guest.

4. Reimbursement for cancellation will bemade within 3 working days from time of confirmation of cancellation.

5. Service charge fee to hosts will be made within 3 working days from time of confirmation of cancellation.
